Task
- Performing simple loading tasks on the machines in accordance with work instructions (e.g., HP, DP, EP)
- Adherence to and implementation of 5S standards to ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace
- Reporting any identified defects, deviations, or malfunctions to the appropriate supervisor
- Performing cleaning tasks in the work area and assisting with the resolution of
- malfunctions in machines and equipment
- Removing the finished components from the laser and passing them on to the subsequent processing steps
- Performing simple finishing tasks as instructed, such as grinding or drilling components
- Performing logistical support tasks in production, e.g., supplying empty containers, packaging, and materials using a pallet jack or forklift, as well as assembling and lining boxes and pallets
- Performing simple picking tasks according to specifications to prepare materials and components
- Filling machine magazines according to instructions to ensure a smooth production process
Profile
- Strong written and spoken German skills to ensure effective communication in the workplace
- Technical understanding is an asset, particularly for understanding workflows and production processes
- A meticulous and precise work style to ensure compliance with specified quality standards and to minimize waste
- High level of commitment and flexibility in response to changing demands in daily work
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and to adapt to the corresponding work schedules
